Shoe art.

I have been learning to draw a shoe.

I found this tricky because it is hard to get the proportions right. But I still love my shoe I drew.

I feel good about drawing this shoe.

My next step is to maybe work on my proportions.

Counting tens and hundreds in centuries and thousands.

I have been learning how many groups of ten are in numbers up to 1 000.

I found this easy because understood what was going on and how to do it.

I feel good about getting all the answers right.

My next step is to ask my teacher for some harder work.

I have been learning to subitise by creating my own dot pattern that focuses on shapes and patterns. I found this tricky because its hard to think up your own pattern. I feel good about finishing this dot slide by myself my next step is to add and think more patterns.

I have been learning to carefully choose words when writing metaphors and explain why we choose them.

I found this tricky because its hard thinking up for an example, (a type of meal) and I didn't know what to write, its hard but I found one at the end.

I feel good about completing this is time.

My next step is  to use different examples for next time.
